The story

Built for Alberta. Run by Albertans.

We've been moving Alberta groups since 2013 — wedding parties from Edmonton to Banff, corporate retreats heading into the Rockies, school trips across the province, sports teams chasing tournaments, and seniors' clubs on day trips and multi-day tours.

Same coach. Same driver. Door-to-door. On your schedule. No transfers. No surprises. No offsite booking widget that throws you to a third party.

Built for Alberta roads

From the QEII to the Icefields Parkway — we know every kilometre.

Edmonton to Jasper. Calgary to Banff. Multi-day Rockies tours, route weather, the right rest stops, the right pickup zones at every venue. Local knowledge, not a national rental brand.

Most full-day charter bus rentals in Alberta range from $1,200 to $3,500 depending on group size, distance, and bus type. A 56-passenger motor coach for an Edmonton wedding shuttle typically runs $1,400–$2,000; a multi-day Banff trip runs $4,500–$8,000. Get a same-day, all-in quote with no hidden fees.

We serve all of Alberta, with primary pickup hubs in Edmonton, Calgary, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Fort Saskatchewan, Red Deer, Lloydminster, Leduc, and Spruce Grove. We also run frequent multi-day routes to Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise, and across to Vancouver and Saskatchewan.

Our fleet includes 56-passenger highway motor coaches (with washroom, Wi-Fi, HD TVs, and reclining seats), 24-passenger mini buses for mid-sized groups, and an executive coach for premium corporate transport. We'll match the bus to your group size and trip type.

Every quote is all-inclusive: professional Class 2 driver, all fuel, $5M commercial liability insurance, GST, driver overnight accommodations on multi-day trips, and 24/7 dispatch support. Tolls, ferry fees, and driver gratuity (10–15% standard) are extra.

Wedding season (May–September) and Calgary Stampede week book 2–3 months out. Corporate retreats and school trips usually book 4–8 weeks ahead. Last-minute requests are sometimes possible — call (780) 238-3866 to check availability.

Yes. Every bus carries $5 million in commercial liability insurance and passes the Alberta CVIP every six months. Drivers hold a valid Class 2 licence with a clean abstract, and our fleet undergoes a 42-point inspection monthly.
