Wedding bus rental in Alberta — Go Coach Charters moves wedding parties across Edmonton, Calgary, and the Rockies. Ceremony-to-reception shuttles, guest hotel transport, and late-night return runs are our most-booked wedding services.

A well-run wedding shuttle solves three problems at once: guests don't drink and drive, the ceremony starts on time, and out-of-town relatives don't get lost between venues. We handle full-weekend wedding transportation — Friday rehearsal dinners, Saturday ceremony and reception, Sunday brunch returns — with the same coach and driver throughout.

Our 56-passenger motor coach is the most common wedding booking (fits the whole wedding party plus guests), but for smaller weddings the 24-passenger mini bus or 32-seat executive coach makes more sense. We'll match the bus to your guest count and venue distances when you request a quote.

Why us

Why Alberta groups book us for wedding bus rental.

  • Venue-specific knowledge

We know the loading docks, parking restrictions, and photo-friendly angles at Alberta's top wedding venues — Fairmont Macdonald, Royal Mayfair, Sutton Place, The Westin, and dozens more.

  • Late-night return runs

Reception ends at midnight. Your guests need to get to their hotel. We run 10pm, 11pm, and midnight return shuttles so guests don't have to Uber after drinking.

  • Timing discipline

Weddings run on tight schedules. Our drivers build pickup timing around the ceremony start, the cocktail-hour gap, and the reception start — not the other way around.

  • Photogenic coaches

Modern fleet that looks good in the wedding photos. We keep the exterior clean for the day and position for photos if the couple wants a shot with the bus.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to what most groups want to know before they book.

Most same-city Alberta wedding shuttles run $1,400–$2,400 depending on group size, venue count, and hours. A 56-passenger coach for 4–6 hours starts around $1,400 all-in; multi-day destination weddings in Banff or Jasper start around $4,500.

May through September is peak wedding season — book 3–6 months ahead to lock in a coach. For popular Saturdays (long weekends, summer holidays), 6+ months is safer. Off-peak weekdays sometimes have 2–4 week availability.

Yes. Most wedding bookings include one or more late-night return runs from the reception to guest hotels. Typical schedule: 10pm, 11pm, midnight — we stay until the last guest is loaded.

Magnetic signs, flower garlands at the entrance, and light window clings are fine. Adhesive decorations that could damage paint or upholstery are not. Talk to dispatch about your plans.

Alcohol on board is permitted in the reception shuttle context when pre-approved and in compliance with Alberta liquor laws. Talk to your booking coordinator — it's routine to arrange but needs to be on the contract.

Yes — many bookings bundle rehearsal dinner transport (Friday), full Saturday wedding coverage, and Sunday brunch/airport returns. Same coach, same driver, one all-in quote.
