Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of https://gocoach.ca and charter bus rental services provided by Go Coach Charters Ltd.. Booking a trip means accepting these terms.

Quotes & confirmations

Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated. A signed booking confirmation and deposit reserve your trip. Without confirmation, dates are not held.

Payment

A non-refundable deposit secures the date. The full balance is due one week before departure unless otherwise agreed. Payments accepted via e-transfer or major credit card.

Cancellation

Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: deposit forfeit, balance refunded. 14–29 days: 50% of trip cost. Less than 14 days: full trip cost. Weather cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.

Conduct on board

Passengers must follow the driver's safety instructions. Smoking and illegal substances are prohibited on all coaches. Alcohol is permitted only when explicitly approved in your booking. Excessive damage or cleanup is billed at cost.

Liability

Every coach carries $5M in commercial liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the trip. We are not responsible for items left on the bus.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road closures, mechanical issues outside our control, or other events beyond our reasonable control. Where possible we will substitute equivalent equipment or reschedule.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
