Go Coach Charters is a Sherwood Park-based group transportation company serving all of Alberta — weddings, corporate trips, school field trips, sports teams, and multi-day Rockies tours.
The story
Built around one simple promise: get the group there safely, on time, and on budget.
We started Go Coach Charters in 2013 with a single coach and a clear idea: Alberta groups deserved a charter operator that picked up the phone, quoted in plain English, and didn't hide behind a third-party booking widget. 13years later, that's still how we operate.
Today our fleet of full-size motor coaches, mini buses, and an executive coach moves wedding parties through wine country, corporate teams to the Rockies, school groups across the province, sports teams to tournaments, and seniors' clubs on day trips and multi-day tours. Every trip runs on the same operating standard: CVIP-inspected coach, Class 2-licensed driver, $5M commercial liability, all-in transparent quote.
We're Alberta-based, family-operated, and we know the routes. Our dispatchers have lived through Edmonton wedding traffic, the QEII in February, and the post-game Stampede crush. That experience shows up in the small things — the right pickup spot, the right departure time, the right bus for your group size.

Modern, comfortable coaches
Full-size motor coaches with onboard washroom, Wi-Fi, HD TVs, reclining seats, and power outlets at every seat. Mini buses and executive coach for smaller groups.
Trained, vetted drivers
All drivers hold a valid Class 2 Alberta licence with a clean abstract. Background checked. Trained on our coaches and on customer service — not just on the steering wheel.
Real safety standards
Every coach passes Alberta CVIP every 6 months and a 42-point inspection monthly. Service intervals every 24,000 km by certified mechanics. We don't run buses we wouldn't put our own families on.
Transparent pricing
Same-day quote response. All-in pricing — fuel, insurance, GST, overnight driver accommodations are included. Tolls and gratuity (10–15% standard) are the only extras.
