Every coach passes Alberta CVIP every 6 months and a 42-point inspection monthly. Every driver carries a Class 2 licence with a verified clean abstract. Every trip carries $5M in commercial liability insurance.

CVIP every 6 months
Every coach in our fleet passes Alberta's Commercial Vehicle Inspection Program twice a year. CVIP is the provincial standard for commercial vehicle roadworthiness — brakes, steering, suspension, tires, lights, emergency exits.
42-point monthly inspection
Between CVIPs, our certified mechanics walk every coach through a 42-point inspection every month. Anything flagged is fixed before the bus rolls again.
Service every 24,000 km
Routine service intervals at 24,000 km by Class A certified heavy-duty mechanics. We don't push intervals to save money.
$5M commercial liability
Every trip is covered by $5 million in commercial liability insurance. Certificate of insurance available on request — required by many corporate clients and venues.
Class 2 licensed drivers
All drivers hold a current Alberta Class 2 commercial licence (the licence required to operate a 56-passenger coach). Every driver has a clean abstract and a verified background check.
Daily pre-trip checks
Before every trip, the assigned driver completes a documented pre-trip inspection — fluid levels, brakes, lights, emergency exits, fire extinguisher, first-aid kit. Any issue and the coach doesn't move.
Cleaning standards
Every coach is cleaned and reset after each trip. Monthly deep-clean and steam-cleaning of seats. We don't cycle a dirty coach into the next group.
24/7 dispatch
Active trips have 24/7 dispatch support. If anything happens on the road, the driver has direct radio to a dispatcher who can route around closures, dispatch a replacement coach, or coordinate with emergency services.
