All itineraries assume a 56-passenger coach with hotel base in Banff townsite. Driver overnights are included in the trip cost.

2-day Banff itinerary
Banff weekend (2-day template).
Day 1 morning
Calgary or Edmonton pickup. Drive to Banff (1.5 hr from Calgary, 4.5 hr from Edmonton). Hotel check-in.
Day 1 afternoon
Banff townsite walk + Sulphur Mountain Gondola. Group dinner reservation.
Day 2 morning
Lake Louise day trip. Lake walk + Chateau visit + lunch.
Day 2 afternoon
Return drive to Calgary or Edmonton.
3-day Banff itinerary
Banff long weekend (3-day template).
Day 1
Pickup → drive to Banff. Hotel check-in. Townsite walk + hot springs.
Day 2
Lake Louise + Moraine Lake (when accessible). Lakeside lunch. Evening return to Banff.
Day 3 morning
Sulphur Mountain Gondola or Cave & Basin tour.
Day 3 afternoon
Return drive home.
5-day Banff/Jasper Icefields itinerary
Full Rockies (5-day template).
Day 1
Edmonton/Calgary pickup → Banff. Hotel check-in.
Day 2
Banff townsite + Sulphur Mountain Gondola + hot springs.
Day 3
Lake Louise + Moraine Lake + lakeside lunch. Evening Banff.
Day 4
Drive Icefields Parkway to Jasper. Stops at Athabasca Falls + Columbia Icefields. Hotel in Jasper.
Day 5
Maligne Lake morning. Return drive to Edmonton (4 hr) or Calgary (8 hr via Banff route).
