There are three main coach types in our fleet (and most Alberta operators): mini bus (24 seats), motor coach (56 seats), and executive coach (32 seats). The right pick comes down to a 30-second decision tree.
Below is the same decision flow we walk our own clients through during the quote conversation.

Decision tree
Pick the right bus type.
- 1
Step 1 — Group size
12–24 passengers? Start with mini bus. 25–32? Mini bus or executive coach. 33–56? Motor coach is the only real option.
- 2
Step 2 — Trip duration
Trip over 4 hours one-way? Default to motor coach (onboard washroom). Under 4 hours? Mini bus is cost-effective.
- 3
Step 3 — Premium need
Is it a VIP/executive trip where the coach is part of the experience? Pick the executive coach. Otherwise the standard motor coach is fine.
- 4
Step 4 — Cargo
Sports equipment, conference banners, large luggage? Motor coach has the largest cargo bays. Mini bus is more limited.
