Logistics

Stampede week pickup & dropoff.

  • Stampede Park drop-off zones

We use the designated bus drop-off zones on the east and south sides of Stampede Park. Avoid downtown traffic.

  • Post-rodeo pickup

60 minutes after rodeo end. The crowd takes that long to clear; trying to leave earlier wastes time.

  • Concert pickups

Same logic. We schedule pickups for 60 min post-event end.

  • Downtown hotel coordination

Most groups stay in downtown hotels. We coordinate with hotel valet on bus loading zones.

Stampede week pricing.

Charter bus pricing during Stampede week runs 15–25% higher than off-week pricing due to demand. A standard $1,800 Calgary day-trip becomes $2,100–$2,300 during Stampede. Lock in 8+ weeks ahead for best pricing.
